last friday I was at a friends house, checking my email while the fajitas were being cooked, and someone had sent me a link to a concert they wanted to go to. I popped on to the website to have a look and it the process spotted that the one and only Kelly Clarkson was playing two days later in Brussels, and there were still tickets left!
A quick email round to friends, and I got a text back from Marissa “heck yeah!” so she was in and then we persuaded Megan too and the three of us started preparing for a night of female angst!
I was expecting cheesiness of extroadinary levels. Actually Kelly was awesome! Her voice is staggeringly good, she has a very natural stage presence. And it doesn’t hurt that all her songs are just made to sing along to with your imaginary microphone in hand… 🙂
