They got eaten very quickly. I was really pleased with them because my most regular muffins are apple spice muffins which are delicious and definitely the most requested until now but not really very summery which these definitely were. And that timed perfectly with summer FINALLY coming to Belgium on Tuesday. I’m even a wee bit sunburnt…
I got the recipe from Beth’s blog Jam and Clotted Cream which I really love reading for easy recipe ideas. Only the bag of white chocolae chips I had was 100g rather than 75g so I just added the whole lot! I don’t think the muffins suffered too much from me not sticking exactly to the recipe on that point!
